Where are the pick-up and drop off locations FOR PUBLIC BUS TOUR?
We have one pick up and drop off location at 777 Hay Street, Perth, which is a charter bus parking area directly opposite the Holiday Inn, near the Apple Store. It is walking distance to train stations and bus stations.
Can you pick me up from my hotel FOR A PUBLIC BUS TOUR?
We have specific pick up points; however, please contact us and we will see if it is possible to arrange a pick up and drop off to your hotel in the Perth CBD or Northbridge.
Do I need a booking?
For public advertised tours you will need to book your seat via our booking page here. If you are interested in joining us for a tour that is less than 48 hours from start time, please contact Monique directly on 0437 050 252 or [email protected] to see if there are tickets available. For private group tours contact us here to arrange a custom-made tour just for you and your group.
What is the maximum amount of people that can fit on your bus?
The bus is a 14-seater Toyota Commuter minibus. For Bar Tours of Perth and Fremantle, Craft Beer Tours and Gin Distillery Tours the maximum about of people is 13. For Wine Tours in the Swan Valley and Bickley Valley we have a maximum capacity of 12 people, so we have room to store your wine, beer, cider or food purchases.
Can we drink alcohol on the bus?
Unfortunately no. Consumption of alcohol is prohibited by law and not permissible on the tour vehicle.
What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable and smart casual. Keep in mind Perth bar/pub clothing requirements. On sunny days we recommend you wear sunscreen and bring a hat. In the cooler months we suggest you bring something to keep warm.
What should I bring?
We suggest you bring your a water bottle to keep hydrated throughout the day. You will be able to top up at each venue on the tour. We also recommend bringing a bag for purchases and a fully charged phone to take pics. As we are visiting licensed venues please bring your identification. Either a driver’s licence or passport is permitted.
Do tours go ahead if it is raining?
Yes, tours do operate on rainy days. Please wear appropriate wet weather clothing and bring an umbrella.
If we are advised by the Bureau of Meteorology the weather is unsafe to drive, we will contact you prior to the tour to inform you if the tour will proceed due to safety reasons. If a tour does not proceed the full amount of the tour will be transferred to another available date, or you will receive a full refund (excluding third party booking fees).
Do I need to bring a printed copy of my ticket?
A printed copy is not required. We are happy to sight a digital copy of the ticket on your phone before departure.
Is there an age restriction for tours?
Currently all guests must be over 18 years of age as we visit licensed venues on our Perth tours. You will be required to provide identification prior to departure.
ARE YOUR TOURS accessible?
We are creating walking tours that are more accessible. Please contact us to enquire about a specific tour and we can provide more information.
Currently our bus is not wheelchair accessible; however, we are hoping in the future it will be.
CAN I BOOK private BUS tours and walking tours?
Yes absolutely! All Tours can be booked as private group tours and we can create an itinerary just for you and your group.
Our tailor made group tours have a $50 admin fee, as we create the itinerary just for you based on your choice of venues. We are happy to suggest venues and experiences for you to enjoy. Or leave it to us to create the itinerary for you for a $25 admin fee for a private group tour.
The minimum for a group tour is 8 people. Contact us here to discuss your requirements.
Do you do conference tours?
Yes absolutely. We would love to show you around Perth, so please get in touch with us here to create a great corporate tour in Perth for you. We can pick you up from the conference venue too!
Can I change the date of a tour?
Yes, you can change the date of your tour at no extra cost with more than 15 days notice from your date of departure. It can only be made once and by contacting us directly via text or email.
Can I cancel my booking? What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel the tour and will receive the following refund:
Public Tours · 15 days or more prior to the day of departure: full payment will be refunded less the administration costs*; · between 14 days and 4 days of the date of departure, 50% of the payment will be refunded and the remaining 50% will be retained by Hidden deTours; and · 3 days or less before the date of departure (including no shows), no refund will be provided to the Customer and all monies will be retained by Hidden deTours.
Private Group Tours and Charters · 22 days or more prior to the date of departure: full payment will be refunded less the deposit and administration fee which will be retained by Hidden deTours; and · 21 days or less before the date of departure (including no shows), no refund will be provided to the Customer and all monies will be retained by Hidden deTours.
*Administration costs may include (but are not limited to) fees that may be levied by third party operators providing their services in conjunction with the Tour, bank fees, credit card fees, booking fees and other costs associated with delivering the Tour or returning your money to you.
All cancellations must be received in writing by emailor text.
