These agents are bound by the terms of their contract with us to ensure that your information is protected. These agents are not permitted to sell or use your information for any other purpose. We will not disclose your personal information to any other organisations or send information overseas.
Information security We will endeavour to ensure security, integrity and privacy of personal information submitted to us by hard copy or electronic means. Only authorised staff members of Hidden deTours are able to access personal information. All personal information collected from customers is classed as confidential. The Hidden deTours website and booking system by Bookeo, are secured by an SSL certificate which encrypts all transmitted data, so you can use the website safely and securely. The payment gateways used on the Hidden deTours website, including Square and PayPal have achieved PCI DSS compliance certification, which enables your data to be kept safe. Unsubscribing You may, at any time, request to stop receiving communications from us through clicking the unsubscribe link on the marketing emails sent by us. Linked Sites Our website may contain links to other websites that are not operated, controlled or maintained by us. We are not responsible for the content of these websites or the privacy practices they uphold. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any of your personal information to these websites, as they may differ to ours. Tracking Technologies/Cookies We do use third-party web analytics services on our website including Google Analytics. On our social media accounts we use the Facebook pixel to gain insights and utilise Google Ad words for the purpose of advertising. The administrators for these services provide analytical information using technologies including cookies and tracking pixels.
