We currently use online services to assist with the operation of our business, including Bookeo to manage our online booking system, MailChimp to manage our mailing list, OneDrive and Google Drive for our cloud storage, Xero for our financial management and Google Suite for our emails. These agents are bound by the terms of their contract with us to ensure that your information is protected. These agents are not permitted to sell or use your information for any other purpose.
We will not disclose your personal information to any other organisations or send information overseas.

We will endeavour to ensure security, integrity and privacy of personal information submitted to us by hard copy or electronic means. Only authorised staff members of Hidden deTours are able to access personal information. All personal information collected from customers is classed as confidential.

The payment gateways used on the Hidden deTours website, including Square and PayPal have achieved PCI DSS compliance certification, which enables your data to be kept safe.

You may, at any time, request to stop receiving communications from us through clicking the unsubscribe link on the marketing emails sent by us.

Tracking Technologies/Cookies
We do use third-party web analytics services on our website including Google Analytics. On our social media accounts we use the Facebook pixel to gain insights and utilise Google Ad words for the purpose of advertising.
The administrators for these services provide analytical information using technologies including cookies and tracking pixels.  If you prefer to use the website anonymously and do not wish to receive cookies, we recommend you adjust your Internet browser or application settings accordingly.
